Ck and Augustine has always provided me with a high level of professionalism
whenever I buy stuff from them. They always stand behind their products and their
constant search for bang-for-buck products in the market is very much commendable.

I am very impressed by the customer service CK and Augustine offer. CK
responded to my initial enquiry promptly, and while the pedal I was looking
for was not in stock, CK graciously offered to loan me his personal pedal to
try at home with my setup for a week to evaluate it...and I did not know
either of them personally.
There were also timely updates on the status of
stock arrival when ordered it. Great work guys, it is definitely
appreciated.

My experience with CK and Augustine has been nothing short of wonderful. The
quality service they provided did not stop after the initial purchase and
point of transaction. I have never purchased pedals before, and as such had
qualms as to how things would play themselves out.
CK made me feel at ease however with his constant updates as to the state of
things, periodically updating me with potential arrival dates and
information of that ilk that anyone who has parted with quite a hefty sum
would appreciate.
The pedals finally arrived, and it was to my dismay that
one of them suffered from a rather intriguing problem. CK however was more
than helpful in this case, coming down all the way to my place to confirm
that this problem was not equipment-related, eventually solving it after
corresponding with the dealer himself.
TyMusicCenter has to be lauded for their top notch customer service levels,
and I hope to be able to deal with them for a long time coming.

Thanks so much for coming down to the Studio to help me work out what was wrong with my pedal board and fixing it. Also, thanks for the additional ground wiring you did for my Looper - Works terrific now!

It was kinda late when we arrived at CK's GAS nook but he was very accomodating on our mini pedal shoot out. I was keen on getting the Barber Tonepress that night but also treated to test it with all the pedals he was selling. CK also let us use the Japanese Stratocasters that he was also selling. Those Japan Strat sounded really sweet. The Barber Small Fry pedal caught my attention and immediately knew that this Barber creation will replace my Keeley BD2 Phat Mod since it can also do what the Keeley will do and more. The Barber SF will surely be in my gas list! After a couple of hours of rigorous knob twistings my friend finally satisfied with his new toy - Subdecay Blackstar (which is really a perfect pedal for metal --- very tight chuga chugas) and I am sold with the Barber Tonepress. I really like to deal with this guy. Honest, accomodating and most of all a tone head himself. Thanks CK for bringing in these fine pedals you really GAS us up! This is the first time I bought at TYmusic and it was a very pleasant experience!
Three thumbs up! --- now next would be a Japan Tele with Fralins PUs -

Hey.Thnx for all the great service you gave me awhile back.Really had a good
time there, testing the pedals. No pressure at all to buy and u gave all the
time in the world to test it out. Ck is friendly and even willing to show a
few tricks here and there.
He was also honest that the barber dd test piece
was on a different ic chip.I am still enjoying the liquid sunshine and
barber dd.Thnx for bringing all those pedals for all the gear whores in
Singapore and ill look forward to dealing with you again!

I have always known C.K to be a passionate fellow guitar/music lover first,
followed by a dedicated retailer of such gas-inducing gear. He is also an
approachable and gracious individual.
I have purchased quite a number or items from C.K, and every dealing has
been personalised and smooth. The excellent service that C.K and Augustine
has provided through TYMC is glaringly evident and must be applauded.
I never worry about being ripped off by C.K, as I know that he is always
offering one of the best deals in town. And I always feel assured when
dealing with TYMC as I know what C.K has my back should the item be faulty,
etc.
The fact that C.K and Augustine are unceasingly looking to acquire more
dealerships with various pedal-makers, etc is extremely exciting and
beneficial for local gear-lovers like us. Please keep up the good work!

Two words?
Great service. The product i purchased is a BYOC tremolo kit. I decided on building it myself as a weekend project. However after its completion, it did not work. After troubleshooting several times with the methods recommended by CK, i still could not get it to work. CK then offered to take my unit in to inspect it. Within a day, he rectified the problem and explained it to me so as to enable me not to make the same mistake again. He fixed and returned it to me free of charge as well. Thanks for the great service guys. Rock on.
