- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship internationally, but not to all places. If in doubt, kindly send us an email at info@tymusiccenter.com to check with us
- Which shipping service do you use for shipping?
- For Singapore purchases, we use Singpost registered. For overseas, we use Fedex International Economy
- How long is the waiting time to receive my purchases?
- For local purchases, generally about 2-3 days. For overseas purchases, generally from a couple of days to a week plus. It depends on the location.
Returns, refund and exchanges Policy and Warranty
Refund policy
- We will provide a full refund for the following cases:
- We have run out of stock for the purchased item.
- We cannot ship to your location or cannot accept the transaction
Exchange Policy
- We do not have exchange policy. Goods sold are non-exchangeable
Warranty
- We do not provide warranty, exchange or refund for products that are installed by a third-party service provider. We provide 30 days service warranty for installation done by our in-house authorised techs only.
- For factory defects, we will offer a one-to-one exchange (not valid with scenario of Warranty point 1) if the item is brought to our showroom within 7 days of purchase with the receipt and in uninstalled condition with original packaging.
- For electronic based items, we offer a 6 months Service Warranty (not valid with scenario of Warranty point 1), which includes FOC non-onsite servicing, parts and shipping costs not included.
Returns
- We do not have returns or trial period policy.
