We received a bass guitar setup request recently, and after some diagnostic, we determined the truss rod broken. Customer wanted us to help him replace a new truss rod.
The first task for replacing a truss rod is to find a suitable truss rod, which is by no means an easy task. We found a reliable online truss rod manufacturer, who was willing to make a custom truss rod that is identical to the one we have.
