Refund policy

Exchange policy - within 7 days of purchase with official receipt. Items must be returned in resellable condition with original packaging

Refund policy - Purchases can only be refunded if the item is faulty and there is no replacement available. However, items that require installation cannot be refunded unless it is installed by our shop tech. (eg. pickups, preamps)
